“Lovely food, great new addition to Mumbles”
Reviewed May 6, 2013

Had a lovely meal at Munch yesterday, Great value Sunday lunch. The food was not only a delight to eat but beautifully presented, clearly a lot of skill, care and attention has gone into the food.

The service was warm and friendly, without being too intrusive.

I will definitely be returning, and would strongly recommend this lovely find.

Well done

“SUNDAY DINNER NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! POOR SERVICE”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

The beef at Sunday dinner was great....but the waitress looked at me stupid when I asked for more veg and gravy because they give the absolute minimum on these.just two tiny roasties and a splidge of mash.
Great quality food but just not enough. ,,I was still hungry after desert .
I went for a coffeee and pizza half hour later at verdi's down the road.
It sounds reasonable at £17 but that still works out at a tenner for dinner and £7 for desert!!.
To cap it after main course the waitress asked me ,''would we mind waiting to order desert until after we took an order for 11 people?!!!''.Like we want to do that.
just ok...atmosphere not what I heard and done out pretty poor.

“Wonderful food and service”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

Have visited this lovely restaurant 3 times in the last month with various friends and every time we have all had exceptional food with great service. Excellent value with the BYO and both lunch and dinner menus are interesting, well presented and well cooked.
My new favourite restaurant.

“Seriously good food, seriously good value”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

This is quality dining in a lovely atmosphere with great service (attentive without being obvious). We just popped in on the off-chance on a Wednesday evening. Hadn't realised it was BYO but their own wine is so reasonable it wasn't a problem. £25 for three courses which included dry-aged beef, hake and lamb plus complimentary home-made bread. The pear and almond tart I had for pudding was startlingly good. You'll need to book well in advance on the weekend but go - it's the best meal I've eaten in a long time.

“Excellent meal and top service”
Reviewed April 17, 2013

Ate here on the first night of our mini-break in Mumbles based on the reviews below. The food was as good as the very best we have eaten before and the service was also brilliant. Can't believe that three amazing courses cost only £25 per person (we bought along our own drinks). We will remember this meal for a long time to come for all the right reasons.
