This was the second stay at Morgans, and the room and hotel was just as lovely as the first time - we stayed in Lena in the townhouse. We were around the corner from the lift and were disturbed several times by it. The room doors seem to be slammed shut by guests and te cleaning staff this morning were not at all considerate in keeping their voices down, we could hear every part of their conversation.

Comfortable beds, wonderful shower and plush robes. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Room Tip: Ask for a rooming he main hotel or one well away from the lift in the townhouse.

This hotel is not what it used to be. Our room admittedly was not one of the more expensive ones but it had a strange smell and was noisy at night. Bed was very comfortable though. We could not use the hotel bar Saturday or Sunday night as it was full with locals on a night out - it seems to be an extension of the Wind Street nightlife area. Breakfast was average but service not.

Had a one night stay here, in one of the town house rooms - The Maxima. Being in the town house isn't a massive inconvenience, but the room was opposite the lift which sounded every time it was used, which was a little disturbing, don't choose this room if you are a light sleeper like me. The hotel is very stylish and there was a great atmosphere in the bar on that particular Saturday night.
The breakfast in the morning was nice. All the staff we met were very friendly. It is so convenient for a stroll across the marina to numerous restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Morgans about 8 times now and each time has been made extremely special because of the wonderful staff and friendly, helpful atmosphere at the hotel. Our last stay was for our 1st Wedding Anniversary and my upcoming 40th Birthday. Unknown to either me or my husband the staff had upgraded our room ( which they kept as a surprise until we arrived) They also arranged flowers, chocolates, strawberries etc that my husband had dropped off at the hotel the previous night. A lovely stay once again due to a wonderful staff so, thank you Morgans.

My wife had stayed here before, but this was my first time and hopefully won't be the last!

We had booked a room in the Town House, but upon check in, we were told that we were being upgraded to the main hotel and was assigned the Cambrian room which was an unexpected suprise. Hotel looked fab from the outside and had easy secured parked just yards from the hotel entrance which is always handy

Impressive first impressions, staff were helpful and pleasent

Room was very nice, very comfortable bed & pillows and had a nice size bathroom with walk in shower and lashings of hot water

There was 2 annoying features about the room (but are fixable I am sure) the wooden floor boards creak very badly when walking around in the room and during the night, the thermostat kept clicking on and off which you notice a lot whilst trying to sleep!

The breakfast was excellent and the bar which we used in the evening was relaxing too

All in all would thoroughly reccommend this hotel

Room Tip: You can view each room on the Hotels website, great idea
