This is a stunning beach the sand goes on forever it's joined with Rhossilli bay & you can find very interesting caves & rock pools. We love it here a bit of a walk down but we always park up top near Worms Head Hotel but well worth it when you get down there. It's also a good place to surf as we have seen brilliant waves on the sea.Dog's are welcome all year round which is a added bonus.Just a beautiful beach you won't be dissapointed.

Huge beach! Beautiful area with lots to see. Plenty of space for walking or just sitting and enjoying the scenery.

Long, sweeping, golden sands. Gently shelving water. There are no facilities (you have to walk to Rhosilli) but a great place to spend the day.

This is without a doubt one of the most stunning beaches - period! The Gower Peninsula is thankfully preserved so that any new development is virtually impossible. This beach stretches forever with only one visible charming old house set back from the beach. At the far end, there is a campsite that is convenient if visually disappointing but it is set back for. The beach and therefore not seen. Even from Rhossili, the commanding view out over the beach is seeming,y unspoiled.

The beach faces out towards Ireland which means that there is almost always a reliable amount of surf for those keen to bring out a board. Indeedm this is the surfing destination in the region the beach is nearly as deep and gently sloping as it is wide - perfect for long runs on a surf board.
