Absolutely awful! Our expectations weren't too high when you've had the Wetherspoons and Sizzle pub experiences of Sunday lunch you just know its not going to be home cooked fayre but they must have started boiling the frozen veg at about 10.00am the broccoli was grey the carrots well not worth a comment roasties and Yorkshires even Aunt Bessies are better than that the, beef was well overcooked must have been the cheapest cut ever not even worth a rating maybe I'll give it one. How hard can it be to get it so wrong. Too be fair we have eaten here before and the other choices on the menu are fine from the grill etc but a word of advice to the Beefeater chain is just don't bother with Sunday Lunch you're just wasting yours and my time. Stick with what your best at.

This has to be the worst meal in Swansea. We were only tools there were no hamburgers after we'd Sat down and ordered drinks. Then the kids ordered melon and we're told there wasn't any as the adults' starters arrived. Food itself was poor. Will not return.

Food is brilliant, wait is never too long, not too expensive, always busy which I take as a good sign. Hard to get waiters attention as they seem to have large table sections but staff are always friendly.

Recently visited with my partner. Found everything to be brilliant. We had a fillet steak each cooked rare which was done perfectly and couldn't believe the bottomless chips (definitely go for the spicy option. ) we were served by Aaron and Nick who were both more than helpful. Will be returning aoon especially with our free bottle of wine for completing the survey on the back of the receipt.

Have eaten the same meal in three different Beefeater restaurants this week and this was bar far the best. Great staff very pleasant and helpful. Be prepared though this is a busy restaurant and therefore can be a little bit on the loud side.
