Stayed here for one night on business. The room was clean and quiet although the air conditioning was noisy which meant I needed an extra blanket as I had to turn it off during the night. The request was delivered very promptly and courteously. I ordered room service which again was delivered on time and the quality of the food was pleasantly surprising. Had an unexpected view of the bay which was nice and the hotel has a good location near the Marina. The service was very helpful and polite and I would certainly recommend, even if not a wow experience.

We stayed here for one night so we could watch a show at the Swansea Grand Theatre, which was a very handy ten minutes walk away, along one road. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. we stayed in room 211, which had a sea view. It was clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of parking, and although it is pay and display, it is free for guests. The breakfast was very good, with a fair choice.

The Marriott in Swansea is in a superb location right next to the beach and also on the quayside and close to the city centre. The staff were helpful and pleasant and our room was very large with two double beds and the bathroom was more than adequate. Our room was exceptionally clean and the beds had egyptian linen. Although we didnt eat at the hotel the downstairs restuarant was always busy. There is a small bar with large screen tv and a convivial atmosphere.

We spent Christmas Eve and Day here and had one of the best Christmases for a long time. There was a large room overlooking the Marina which was very comfortable and quiet. The meals including Christmas dinner were very good and the production of the latter was an example to other establishments on how to produce a lot of good quality meals quickly with very little waiting between the five courses. They have a very good wine list too.
Outside, if you wished you could walk the four mile length of Swansea Bay or saunter around the marina. Inside there is a good swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi although the gym is a bit limited.
The staff are cheerful and helpful and contribute well to the enjoyment of your stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a good room. If free upgrades are available. They seem to oblige.

We took advantage of a special online offer which brought the bed and breakfast rate to a competitive level. Room was great, lots of nice touches, but very limited drawer space. View of the bay from our 4th floor room.
Service was professional and attentive.
Sadly the restaurant evening meals were overpriced, and the same menu at the same price applied in the bar.
The restaurant was almost empty both nights for dinner, in spite of the level of occupancy demonstrated by the crowd in for breakfast each morning.
