“Time of My Life!”
Reviewed October 4, 2012

Ive been to some coffee shops in my time but none compares to this one! excellent service, coffee to die for, mouth watering cakes and a cosy atmosphere. Made a dull day brighter and put a smile on my Grans face :)

“what a fabulous find!”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

stopped there for lunch with my husband, and 4 children aged 7, 7, 16months and 7 months. realised immediately that it was child friendly. ordered our food at the counter. we had a sharing tapas platter, with a different selextion of meats, olives, chorizo sausage was gorgeous, cheeses, lovely onion marmelade, and some breads. absolutely lovely presentation, very rustic, and tasted fabulous-no cheap ingredients there, you could taste the quality! the twins had a panini, which judging from empty plates it was equally as good.
the toffee cake, and lemon and ginger cake was to die for, as was the cinnamon latte!
absolutely wonderful homecooked food, with added bonus of purchasing cheeses, meats, olive oils etc.
i am so glad we decided to call in-will recommend and definitely be back!

“Practically perfect...”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

This is the second time in as many weeks that I have taken a friend for lunch. The first visit was not successful - but only because on the first visit I went with a friend who has a gluten intolerance & the light lunch options & cakes all contain gluten. We were both disappointed, but had to find an alternative. A pity because the ambience is lovely & relaxing - as are the staff! This time round with another friend we were able to spend a leisurely couple of hours over fresh panini with a choice of two fillings & relish, Lovely. We followed these (after a rest) indulgently by orange & chocolate muffins which were delicious; a proper Friday afternoon treat. We weren't hurried or harried & had it not been for the yummy mummy with the toddler with the healthiest lungs this side of the River Usk (at least I cleared the wax out of my ears I suppose!) it would have been perfect. Highly recommended, well worth a visit.
