“Mo-o-o-ore tours like that, please!”
Reviewed November 8, 2013

While travelling around the UK, my wife and I have been on 4 bus and walking tours so far. But the tour of Cardiff with Bill has been undoubtedly the best one. Dynamic, informative, relevant. Having learnt that I was from Ukraine, he time and again drew parallels between Cardiff and Wales and some Ukraine-related historical episodes. No regrets whatsoever. Highly recommend!

“The Rollercoaster that is the History of Cardiff”
Reviewed October 30, 2013

The history of Cardiff was brought to life by our extremely knowledgeable guide. The two and a quarter hours went so quickly and we didn't even walk that far! Don't expect to see all the big sights, but do expect a fascinating narrative of the rollercoaster that is the history of Cardiff! Worth every penny.

“Read between the lines of Cardiff”
Reviewed October 22, 2013

Words fail me to say what a great discovery this tour was. Once you have walked through the city with the highly professional guide you will never see it in the same way. His way of presenting the history of the city was unique. Touches of humour and sensitivity plus a deep knowledge of the history of the place. I am really grateful for the experience!

“Jam-packed with information”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

We did the Cardiff Walking Tour yesterday, 3rd October, and neither of us can praise our guide highly enough. He just never stopped talking! And it was ALL not just interesting, but well presented, tying in any questions that we managed to squeeze in. There was variety, humour, and sensitivity. We have never enjoyed history so much before! Much of the time it was pouring with rain but the huge umbrellas he provided only added to the charm of the occasion!

“Really interesting and informative”
Reviewed September 20, 2013

This is a must if you want to learn about the city of Cardiff and its history. Bill, the guide, is extremely knowledgable and gives a remarkable insight into the history of Cardiff. The tour takes just under two hours but it is never boring. It's also excellent value for money. I echo the remarks made in other comments that it is one of the best city guides I have ever been on.
