Description: Originally built in the late 1800's, Wyndham Arcade, a Grade II listed building, is home to Bill's Cardiff restaurant. Both impressive and intimate, with little booths, nooks and crannies, there's plenty of seating, including a private dining room.

We were in Cardiff for the Rugby and needed lunch.
We liked the look of the menu outside but it was full. The lady took our name and asked us to return in an hour.So pleased we did as Bills did not disappoint! Very tasty fish pie followed by the most delicous Hot cross bun bread and butter pudding with custard. The staff were a credit, hard working and a great team.Real buzz about the place, similar to Melbourne resturants with a laid back Aussie feel to it.We will certainly return and since returning to Norfolk have been singing the praises of our find!

I had the specials. Cornish squid with aioli and BBQ ribs with sweet potato chips.
Both were cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere was great with great service.

We had lunch at Bill's, just because the menu displayed outside had some interesting and unusual options. The place had a real buzz about it, with lots of people tucking happily into their food in attractive surroundings. We had to wait longer than usual for our food, but the staff did keep us informed, and apologised for the delay. The food was nicely presented and very tasty - perhaps just a bit on the pricey side. Overall it was an enjoyable meal, and we'll certainly return.

I visited Bill's with three friends looking for a good breakfast after a night out. We were not disappointed!
Bacon, eggs cooked whichever way you like, delicious sausages, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes with a lovely addition of a little pesto, and optional extras of beans and an amazing bubble and squeak mash cake.
Copious quantities of tea and a large, freshly squeezed orange juice and we were set up for the day!
We will definitely return, perhaps for the afternoon tea menu.
