I was intrigued by this building, because my daughter sent me a photo of it, saying she didn't know what it was, but it looked interesting. So when we got to Cardiff, I was pleased to have the chance to explore it. t is a very photogenic Victorian building. They have some quite decent history exhibits about the coal shipping industry, the growth, development, decay and rebirth of Cardiff Bay. It's free, it's right next to everything else at Cardiff Bay, and they have clean restrooms. Might as well drop in!
