We absolutely loved Cardiff Bay. After spending some time at the Dr Who Exhibition, we chilled in our air conditioned hotel room, had showers and then had a great time, on a lovely balmy Summers evening.
Really nice walking round the arena, with a refreshing breeze off the water, the architecture and public art it is gorgeous as are the stunning public buildings. Lots of places to eat and a really nice vibe. Highly recommended.

On our weekend break to Cardiff, we went down to Cardiff bay both during the day and on an evening. It was great, loads of bars and restaurants, boat trips and varying activities. It was helped by the glorious weather we had but it was a very cosmopolitan and there was a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely area on the bay, with loads of pubs, and eateries. Entertainment from singers. Boat rides available around the bay. Great place to just sit and people watch.

A recent trip to Cardiff, expectations low with memories of the old Tiger Bay. What a transformation. Take the bus tour and see the best of old and new then set off for a meal in the Bay and see the wonderful barrage.
Must return and use the boat taxi to the centre. Well worth the trip we will return for longer.
