“Well worth a visit”

My family and I visit st fagans frequently. Its an entertaining place for kids and adults alike. We particularly enjoy the farm and tea shops. The bakery is incredible as is the traditional sweet shop. Would recommend bringing a packed lunch as food and drinks are expensive but parking is only 3 pound for the day and entry is free

“So full of life and thick history ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2014 via mobile

I had so much fun here. As a young traveller I got to see so much history. There are old house structures that you walk right in and it depicts what houses used to look like, from centuries back to modern day. So interesting and full of life. A lovely day trip.

“Highly recommended!”

Everyone living or visiting in Wales should visit St. Fagans. It is a wonderful way to learn about Welsh history. The setting is beautiful and so close to Cardiff. The people working at St. Fagans are interesting and there is enough variety to keep people of every age group engaged.

“Brilliant place for a day out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 19, 2014

You will need a day to do St Fagan's and even then you won't have seen everything. Brilliant for all ages as there is something for everyone. Plenty of room for kids to run around outside, Incredibly interesting old shops, school, houses, bits of history and architecture, helpful staff, restaurant, old fashioned tea room, amazing rebuilt ancient church that will really surprise you when you go inside, old manor house, farm animals, beautiful gardens - it is just a wonderful place! Go!
