Next to centre, walking distance, train and bus station close by.clean comfortable rooms, breakfast help yourself lots to choose from ,rooms spacious with tea making facilities. Free wi fi for first 30 mins

Stayed here for one night, room was very clean, bed was really comfy.The room itself was huge. We were a bit worried as lots of stag, hen parties were checking in so were expecting a noisy night but not a sound. There is no car park but we parked about 5 minutes walk away for £6 for 24 hours which was ok. We didn't have breakfast but the staff we came into contact with were all friendly and polite. The only downside for me was the lack of a proper toilet roll instead they have a tissue dispenser that gives out individual sheets.
Great value for money, we got the room for £35 which was a real bargain, we would definitely use this hotel again.

Room Tip: we had room 610 which was huge and tucked away from the main corridor.

We stayed on 17th May. Located in a central location. 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. The staff are all polite and very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The full English was freshly made with an added option of fresh omlette, porched or scrambled eggs, mouthwatering warm croissants, serve yourself Costa Coffee, full range of cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit salad. The bar area and restaurant are modern and comfortable. We parked at Pellet St NCP Car park £5 for 24 hrs, its within 5 mins walk from the hotel. We will defiantly stay again for the brilliant value, location, cleanliness and helpful staff. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I booked with this hotel as I wanted somewhere in the city centre as I was visiting both the theatre and the Dr Who Experience in Cardiff and wanted to be near both.
Not only was the hotel clean, comfortable and inviting - both room and reception areas - but the restaurant breakfast facilities were a real value for money too.
The Queen Street rail station was just 200 yards away and with a good service to Cardiff Bay every 10 minutes made this hotel the perfect base I could have.
Well done Premier! I shall use you again!!

Room Tip: There should be NO bad rooms in a modern hotel like this!

This hotel is right in the city centre within walking distance to most tourist attractions. All staff were very helpful and professional and helped us with restaurant recommendations (which were great!) and directions. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The room we had was large and clean. The only down side was it did not have an on-site car park, but there was a carpark just opposite the hotel which you could get a discount for (worked out at £11.00 per 24hrs). My advice would be to phone the hotel before you go & get directions to this car park. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night as we were seeing Lucy Spraggan perform in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff and great facilities. Also very close to the city centre. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all our friends!

We had stayed 3 night at this hotel. Very central location, clean, friendly staff and bed was very comfortable. It also offers good value for money. At first we were given a room on 4th floor but receptionist moved us on 9th floor on my request. The view was very nice from this floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
