Stayed here for a night recently with my wife. We arrived early at 11am,check in not till 2pm. However we did not need the room straight away, so we were given room keys anyway and allowed to check in. The room was basic. Small tv,kettle with tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was sufficient but could really do with an update,very shabby looking. As for the bedroom, the most lumpy uncomfortable bed we have ever stayed awake in! Struggled to fall asleep.
Doors to the rooms also need updating with better security that a small chain supplies.
Overall the staff are excellent,nothing is too much, and to be honest they are wasted at this hotel!
Would we stay here again? Not until the changes take place.More
