Stayed here on business as it was the closest "budget" hotel to where I was working (or so I thought). The staff were pleasant enough and accommodation was basic. The place looked tired and in need of a makeover. Did not realise until too late that there was a Premier Inn close by. Would have stayed there as the price was the same.

Easy access from the M4, small hotel, but I had a very spacious & clean room with a large double bed, very reasonably priced, and friendly reception staff. Reasonably quiet, with several options nearby to eat out.

Room Tip: Ask for front of hotel, to avoid noise from M4 at back (but that subsides at night anyway).

This is a small, reasonably priced hotel, clean and well maintained. On the Service station at SARN.
Quiet location, no food, except a breakfast brought to room. Did not use. Handy for Millenium Stadium (back for 20 min drive)

We stayed for 6 days due to its value. The room was sufficient for our needs. There was enough space to fit us all in.

Negatives:
*Room was rarely cleaned. Beds weren't made, cups weren't washed etc
*Never enough towels. Though clean towels were given daily this was 1 or two bath towels and 1or two hand towels. We were with 4!!
*Door key never worked after a day out and constantly needed recharging.
*Tap water isnt drinkable and drinking water isnt supplied. £1 a small bottle of water is silly money.

A basic hotel but you get a good quality hotel room with all that you need. Free wifi, clean bed, hot shower, right next to the mtoorway - what more do you want for a one night stopover. No real breakfast but plenty of places very nearby to go.
