We couldn't have asked for more. The welcome was welcoming, the room was roomy, the breakfast was...err....yummy! David and Chris really know what they're doing, and it's evident by the number of people that are repeat customers, or referred customers.

The B&B is in a lovely tranquil village just outside of Brecon, the rooms are comfortable and large [we were in the double in the newer parter of the house and the only word you can use is "massive!]. The breakfast was fantastic and really shows why their offer of hosted meals at the weekends are so popular.

Keep up the good week, can't wait to come back.

My 2 night stay at this B and B in Wales can be described as nothing else but delightful. Everything from the quality of service to the quality of the rooms was second to none. I can only describe Felin Glais as a home from home. The owners were helpful, polite and couldn't do enough to make our stay here perfect. The breakfast provided was also top quality. Thanks for a wonderful stay at your establishment.

What a find! This pretty B&B is tucked away in the countryside near Brecon and run by the nicest couple, Chris and David, who were extremely helpful, lending us maps of the area and recommending routes and lovely restaurants. Our room (the blue room) was huge, with great views, exposed beams and wooden floors and a lovely comfy bed with umpteen pillows and a feather duvet. Not to mention a spa bath in the en-suite. And they have thought of everything - six different types of tea and coffee, shampoos and bath hats and gorgeous fluffy dressing gowns from Harrods. The breakfast was fantastic (and we didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to enjoy it, as is often the case in other B&Bs). We felt thoroughly pampered and hope next time to be able to arrive in time for one of their famous suppers. They also welcome dogs, by the way, and there's another room with a gorgeous four poster bed.

We stayed two nights with Chris and David and their two adorable dogs and fell in love with the house and the surroundings. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfy (with "real" duvets not just the simple sheets you very often get), the bathroom features a tub with spa, the view is spectacular, there is even a huge flatscreen with DVD player. In essence, Chris and David open up their house and you are free to use whatever you like... from their own personal DVD collection to the wintergarden and the outside garden. The location is fantastic to go hiking in the Brecon Beacon National Park and you will get all the help you need from Chris and Dave. This B&B is a real jem so if you are ever in the area, don't miss it!

The most memorable breakfast we've had in the UK over the summer. Copious amounts of freshly cut fruits, a vast selection of cereals and endless jams and marmalades to choose from. Then sit tight as platters of bacon, sausages, potato cakes, scrambled eggs, black pudding, tomatoes and mushrooms land on the already burgeoning table. Comfy and cosy with lovely hosts. Highly recommended for a relaxing time in the country.

Chris and David work hard to please, maybe a little too hard. They bend over backwards to ensure that you have everything you need from the lovely Welsh cakes on arrival to help on planning walks and meals out. They provide more choice at breakfast than some luxury hotels. The bathroom contained just about anything you might need; razors, a manicure set, Chanel No.5 talc even! The bed was very comfortable but after half a day walking up and down mountains we could have easily slept for ten hours on the floor. They enjoy a tranquil spot a couple of miles out of Brecon where a stream is the only background noise. Very relaxing.

Chris and David are kind, dedicated people and we enjoyed our stay but I couldn't help feel that less is sometimes more. it was perhaps a little too fussy for our tastes but saying that I can easily imagine returning.
