What a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Wrexham town centre (about five minutes steady walk to town). The hotel offers a very relaxed atmosphere where the owner and staff are very accommodating to their guests. The hotel offers a beautiful conservatory breakfast room where guests can look onto the private and not over looked garden area where the birds feed happily, or walk out through the patio doors to sit at the various garden tables and chairs. The Belmont also has a snug little bar where guests can have a drink and relax after a day out. Breakfast is cooked to order and tastes 100%, coffee, tea and toast was readily available. The rooms at the Belmont are spacious, clean and the beds really comfy for a good nights sleep. If you want a quiet weekend away, or somewhere to stay after a business meeting i would recommend the Belmont. Thank you from ten ladies who stayed their in september. Oh and look out for Rufus he is lovely.

Just visited the Belmont with a group of friends.

Whilst the rooms were a little dated the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in!! Better than the beds we have at home! The quilts were lovely and warm too!

Great breakfast - choice of whatever you would like cooked, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, endless pots of tea/ coffee and orange juice. All served in a lovely conservatory room overlooking a lovely garden.

Very friendly staff on hand to help.

Definitely good value for money.

Booked via LateRooms. Opted for small & friendly. Could have had much more for same price with large chain hotel slightly further out of town. Decor was clean but very tired - it was like stepping back into my old grans bedrooms with a spare bed to cramp our room & a TV carefully balanced on a glass table a trip to the bathroom in the dark was an obstable course. I know we've been married 30+ years but a double rather than a twin would have been nice, (although to be fair, booking did say either). Like the last reviewer we too were locked out on arrival for over an hour - this appeared to be a breakdown in communication between Laterooms & Owner. Parking was ample. We walked into town in a few minutes. Breakfast was very nice - but a dog in the dining room may not be to everyone's liking.

When arrived around 5 no one answered door. Note left to call their cell-. Didn't have a phone so had to walk around the streets looking for someone with a cell phone to call & get someone to open. Room crowded with furniture but bed comfortable. Only towels for one person in bath. Breakfast good. Young man helpful with suitcases up the stairs.
