Probably would give 3.5 stars if I could. Hotel did the job for a visit to climb mountains but nothing special in itself. Very good position - can walk from Hotel straight up Snowdon path. Breakfasts very nice and dinner good. Overall reasonable value.
Staff was a little short at times and service did suffer a little accordingly. Not a huge problem but an extra pair of hands occasionally would make all the difference.
Double bed was small and very hard - didnt sleep that well at all, which was probably the biggest negative.
But atmosphere is good and would stay again.
