“Lovely lovely cafe”
Reviewed September 27, 2013

came here twice with my husband, nan and two dogs whist on holiday in Dinas Dinlle. The first day we came the weather was quite cloudy, dull and chilly, so we decided to stop in the cafe for a cup of tea and a bite to eat. The first thing that attracted us was the fact that there was an outdoor seating area in the courtyard and a sign saying 'dogs welcome'. perfect for us. The cafe and courtyard was immaculately clean and a dog bowl of water provided for the dogs. The views outside overooked the mountain range, with lots of nice flowers and plants planted within the outdoor seating area. Tables were very clean modern and all had a modern black matching parasol. inside the cafe was again modern and spotlessly clean. The lady who we think owns the cafe brought us our pot of tea and then food that we had ordered. She was very friendly and welcoming especially seeming as we had dogs, which was nice. We all ordered sausage barms and the portions were very generous and tasty. great value for money - infact we loved the cafe so much that the next day we made a special 10 mile trip from where we were based just so we could have a nice breakfast, which then enabled us to stay in the lovely llanberis for the day. This time we ordered ful breakfasts and again we received the same great level of service. would definately recommend this little gem of a cafe and would return. :)

“Late lunch”
Reviewed September 25, 2013 via mobile

Called in for a late lunch. We were grateful to find it still open at 3. Many other places were closed. We had a Caesar salad & ploughman's lunch. Both were nice enough and fresh. The ploughman's had a good wedge of cheese and the Caesar salad plenty of chicken. A slight downside was the use of ready made pickles and sauces. The two coffees we had were also good. The venue was nice and clean and had a nice atmosphere.

“Great lunch spot”
Reviewed September 20, 2013 via mobile

Very nice place for lunch, nice fresh cooked food, very clean cafe, good service and value for money. It's in the village centre so is off the tourist trail a bit but worth the walk.

“Great food, friendly atmosphere”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

Visited for the first time yesterday as was in Llanberis for the Tour of Britain. Great spot for lunch, really good menu selection, delicious cuppa and really wanted to return later to try the rather delicious looking cakes (all homemade by one of the friendly staff) only the crowd departing after the race finish stopped me. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

“Fully recommend the cakes”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

We stayed in Llanberris for a few days last week, after completing a walk went to the café for a coffee and cake.
The cinnamon and apple cake had come out of the oven earlier, it was to die for, lovely and fluffy with loads of flavour. We went back the next day for more!
Service was friendly. There is small court yard area to the back for dogs (or to cool off after the walk).
Did not have time to try the lunches but coffee and cake are excellent.
