“Great place to eat!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 11, 2013

This is the sort of place that you go back to again and again and are never dissappointed!
A party of 30 of us went along and enjoyed warm, friendly and accommodating staff, great food (not just pizza), lovely atmostphere and a car park too!

“Great price and great food!”

An over all quirky restaurant with a unique touch. £30 for four friends, main meal and alcoholic beverages. It tasted great too! Recommend giving them a try.

“Decent food, crowded and quirky place.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2013

We chose to eat here on a Wednesday night because, in March, there is precious little choice in Llanberis. (Even The Heights weren't doing food!) It looked a decent deal and so it proved.

We ordered a couple of starters of garlic bread and cheesy chips which were tasty. Then a couple of pizzas which were pleasant enough, although not exceptional. The beers were kept well enough too. Value for money is pretty good.

The quirkiness is in the place itself, where you have to ease yourself into a very confined space and it isn't the most comfortable place to enjoy your dinner. But then it's a bustling boozer, not a restaurant.

My tip would be to avoid the place on Wednesdays, as it seems to be their quiz night. This was a shambolic charade from start to finish with most patrons bored to tears halfway through. And, if you're wondering, the kitchen once sold 176 pizzas in one night!! Far better entertainment is to be had watching some of the patrons trying to manoeuvre their vehicles in and out of the impossibly tight car park.

“A definate "will go back" venue.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2013 via mobile

Never been here before tonight, just passed on numerous occassions, and all I can say is, what a place!!! The pizzas are freshly prepared, with any toppings you desire,AND you get a free pint with it!! There is also a normal menu,if you dont fancy the pizza. And to top it off,a nice selection of puddings!! Then take your drink and sit by a very welcoming, relaxing log fire. Well worth a visit. But it can get very busy there,so keep that in mind.

“Ok”

I had been here in the past and enjoyed it but this last time not so much. The place looks a bit tatty and the toppings on the pizzas were stingy.
