The most spectacular waterfall imaginable and with the recent heavy rain, at full throttle. It costs a derisory amount to enter, descend the steps and feel the power of nature up close and personal. There's a car park opposite but you have to pay; if you can get into the lay-by on the side of the falls, it's free - a bit like Aysgarth, from what I remember, but unlike that one in the t'Yorkshire Dales - Hardraw Force? - where you have to go into someone's private garden and pay through the nose - well, dear reader,I didn't.
