Im in the armed forces and love mountain walking I have been to this B+B before and on both occasions the stay was above and beyond expectation the room was perfect, quiet and when I met with my colleagues in the near restaurant it appeared my accommodation was far superior I would recommend this B+B to anybody challenging snowdon. It was also a moral boost when I was served my breakfast as it was a hearty well presented cooked breakfast. I will deffinatly be back Jen and Eddie's hospitality was ace 8)

An excellent B&B. Everything had been thought through down to the smallest details. Very clean and comfortable. Lots to choose from at breakfast and a very warm friendly welcome. We highly recommend at to anyone staying in the area. We'd gone there for one or two nights and ended up staying four!

As walkers we often find it difficult to find high quality guest houses that will cater for one night on a weekend (even if it is understandable). Oakfield not only accommodated us in their lovely clean recently refurbished home they made us feel very welcome. From the friendly greeting upon arrival, complete with a pot of tea and home made cakes to the delicious and hearty breakfast the next morning, everything was excellent, even the tips for where to dine in Town.
The prices were reasonable (well, good actually for the quality), there were myriad sleeping options (Family, double, triple etc) and the place is really easy to find. So go and find it, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Just ask, they can't do enough for you.

This is probably the best B&B we've stayed in with the family. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

We booked a one night stay for my family over Easter weekend. Was happy that this B&B took one night stays as most we tried wants 2 or 3 nights over the Easter Bank Holiday. Location is ideal. Around a mile from the town centre and a mile to Swallow Falls. Easy to find on the manin road (the traffic noise is non-existant). Large car park. Warm welcome and the place is spotless and very well maintained. Rooms we have (Room 1) consisted of twin beds in one room and a bunk bed for the kids. Both had there own TVs and shared bathroom.

Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day doing the Tree Tops Adventure Course.

Would recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to visit the stunning North Wales area.

Room Tip: look at their website.

What a lovely B&B. Spotless throughout with very comfortable beds and a well appointed lovely bathroom. Our hosts couldn't be more accommodating greeting us with cups of tea or coffee and cake. An extensive breakfast choice complimented the stay. A pleasent walk into Betws through the woods and next to the river was very enjoyable. Highly recommended, especially for families with teenagers.
