We stayed here last year for a long weekend. The location is great - not too central, just a few minutes walk out. The rooms were clean, really comfy and had everything we needed. The couple who own this B&B were so friendly and I really recommend this as a place to stay. There was lots of space for parking, the breakfast was great, the location is brilliant, the views are great and the rooms were so welcoming. Definitely staying here next time we come to Betwys y Coed.

We arrived to a very warm welcome, coffee and a delicious piece of homemade cake. The room was absolutely spotless, with gorgeous little extras like mints on our pillows, wine glasses and a corkscrew should we need it. A fabulous Welsh breakfast too. Wonderful hosts. Outside, a beautiful view and sound of the river running by. Idyllic!

Room Tip: Room 4 at the front, lovely views of the river.

Honestly the best B&B we have ever stayed in! There was 6 adults and 3 children in our group we decided to go for a bit of a half term break, our choice of somewhere to stay could not of been any better, the beds were so comfy, the breakfast amazing, the welcome so friendly. We could not be more happy. It was a spotless more than comfy place to stay and we would recommend to all. Also a special mention to the granddaughter Jess who was taking our breakfast orders....what a credit you are to the B&B. Thank you all for making our stay so awesome!! Xxx

Room Tip: Room 6 had a family adjoining room with bunk beds perfect!

I was made to feel welcome from the second I arrived. The rooms were of a good size for a bed and breakfast, and it was only a 10 minute walk to Betws-y-Coed. Across from Oakfield House is a walk along a stream, very peaceful! When I next travel through Wales I'll definitely be having another stay here.

We arrived "too early" by most hotel standards, dripping huge puddles of rainwater on the beautiful wooden floor. Instead of being turned away, we were welcomed, had our sodden coats taken to be dried, and were given tea and cake in the lounge. The decor of the rooms was delightful and very clean. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town. The breakfast was the best we've ever seen in a B&B, but mostly the warm welcome from Jen and Eddie is what I remember. I can't recommend this lovely place highly enough.

we stayed in october, we have 3 children aged 11, 10 and 3. an extra bed was put in the seperate childrens room, they even had a tv/dvd to keep them amused!
the rooms and hotel were soptless and fresh. the owner was very accomodating and always ready to help, he even made my partner an early post marathon porridge breakfast in the morning! hot chocolate and biscuits in the room were a hit with the boys!! we would highly recommend and will definately be back. lots of places to eat in the village, little shops to stock up on essentials for tackling snowdonia too!!!
