Description: Conwy Falls Cafe is a beautiful purpose-built cafe set in 9 1/2 acres of SSSI native forest, with the spectacular back drop of the waterfall running through the River Conwy in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Designed in the 30s by Clough Williams-Ellis, the cafe is a classic example of his design, and with its excellent car parking space, provides a perfect stop off at the gateway to Snowdonia.

“Best cafe for miles!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2011

The Conway Falls is a real hidden gem! Terrific homeade food, interesting and all fresh, local ingredients . The flatbrads are wonderful, but at the weekend after 6pm the cafe turns into a pizzeria with great hommade pizzas. Staff are frinedly, the viwes are amazing and so are the scones!!

“Friendly, great food & drink, lovely setting. In Betws? Drive here for your food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 16, 2011

Run by lovely friendly people. Great cakes and food, and the best range of teas (to drink) that I know of. If I need a cafe in the Betws y Coed area I will drive out to Conwy Falls Cafe rather than use the tourist cafes in the town.

“Best for miles”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 15, 2011

Friendly, helpful staff and a relaxed informal setting. Comfy sofas, terrific logfire for a cold day and lovely deck/woodland for a sunny one. Genuine homebaking and predominantly fairtrade, locally sourced ingredients make for a snack or meal to enjoy. Service can be a bit slow at busy times, but it's worth the wait.

“You can't get better”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 14, 2011

Well everything was just fantastic!!! From the excellent coffee to the scones to the wonderful cooked food. Chilled and relaxed atmosphere, crackling log fire and conversation to die for.
I return time after time and am never disappointed. Whether it's a full Welsh breakfast , afternoon tea or a pizza in the evening with the family. An enjoyable visit every time with delicious food at great value.

“Lovely Place, lovely food, lovely staff.”

There is no better place in the Snowdonia National Park for a break. You will get nice home-cooked meals, scrumptious deserts and its a great place to take the kids!
