“A little gem”

This was our second stay here, in room number one and once again it was a lovely stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views. The owners are very welcoming and genuine, and the breakfasts are delicious, freshly cooked and very tasty. It is in the centre of the village but is tucked away so its like you are in the middle of no-where. We will definitely be back again.

Room Tip: Room number one has fantastic views over the area.

A very comfortable and clean B&B in a perfect position for walking to all amenites, ie: pubs, restaurants and general shops and scenery walks too. Peter & Eileen are a lovely friendly couple who make you very welcome, they are very knowledgable about the area they live in and feed you well, they are about a 20 minute drive to Mount Snowdon which was perfect for our walk on the PYG trail. Thoroughly recommended and will visit again in the future without doubt.

Six of us stayed to climb the pyg trail. Eileen and Peter gave us a very warm welcome and made us very comfortable. The B and B was in a brilliant location for all amenities! We will definitely be back!

I stay at Coed y Fron whenever I'm in Snowdonia. I always get a warm welcome, a good room (with a decent shower) and a good breakfast.

Peter and Eileen do a great job, and I'll keep going back.

We were 2 adults and 2 children (17 & 13 years old) and stayed for 3 nights during a very wet and windy December. I highly recommend this B&B. Eileen and Peter were great hosts and were more than happy to make us breakfast early as we were planning long Winter walks (Snowdon, Glyders etc). Its located just a minute's walk to the pub and shops, but not on the main road; just about perfect! The rooms were large enough and well presented. The breakfast was also superb...a good start to long winter walks. All in all, a great B&B and fantastic value for money, (we stayed at Glen Arbor Hotel the previous year).

What a great start to our first time visit to Wales. We wanted to tour Snowdonia and glad we chose to stay in Betws-y-Coed and Coed-y-Fron is ideally located in the heart of town but tucked away in a quiet elevated street. The bedding was large and extremely comfortable and the view from our room was awesome and we were reluctant to leave our room. The service was terrific and Peter & Eileen were wonderful hosts. On street parking in front of the premise was available but first in best dressed. Walking distance to local pub, village shops and train station.

Room Tip: If you don't mind going up 2 floors of stairs, room #4 has super king size bed and great views o...
