“Will come back^^”

April 2009. I travelled with my aunt to Wales. It was our first time there and I liked it very much. Particularly the B+B with the name Tan Dinas in Betws y Coed .

It is a special place to stay. A warm welcome, a beautiful house, new furnished and clean rooms and bathes. A wide and comfortable bed and the loveliest hosts you can imagine. John prepared a delicious breakfast and Eileen helps with all the questions we had. For 4 days we had booked and after this days I don’t like to leave house and hosts. After a short trip to the Lake District I griped as much as I can and on the end of day two my aunt decided to drive back to Tan Dinas. On the moment we past the Welsh border I felt at home and as we reached Tan Dinas it was the same feeling again. For further 5 days we stood in this beautiful old house. I like the familiar atmosphere here and the feeling Eileen and John spread out. Back at home

In Germany I worked on father and brother to go back to Wales with me and I hope we can do it as fast as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay with John and Eileen. The family room was very clean, comfortable and cosy! John and Eileen made us feel very welcome and were able to share their knowledge of the surrounding area with us. The views were amazing and the children loved to paddle in the river. We enjoyed walking along the river and into the forest - the kids thought they were on an adventure!! We will go back to Tan Dinas soon but will definitely stay for longer next time as there are many more walks to be done. We would recommend this B & B to anyone. Many thanks to John and Eileen for such an enjoyable stay.

From the warmth of the welcome to the taste of the breakfast, I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. Next time I go to Betws-y-Coed, I shall definitely be staying here. A short walk from the town takes you almost into another world, where tranquility is the order of the day at this hidden gem. The room we stayed in was up-to-date and immaculate. Eileen and John have obviously worked very hard to make this house the ideal place to stay in Betws-y-Coed.

We booked a two night stay it was great value for money, on arrivale we was greeted with a warm welcome. The room was very cosy, the bathroom was a bit on the small side!! but the shower was lovely and hot and powerfull.
The cooked breakfast is to die for!! you can't beat eating a welsh breakfast and looking over the welsh country side, can't wait to go back next year.
There is plenty to do for walkers and there is a lovely quant river just down the lane, ideal for a picnic or relaxing and watching the world go by.

Arrived late on a Friday night with two children to a wonderfully warm welcome. Eileen and John couldn't have been more helpful in recommending local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic, and would thoroughly recommend a visit. We had a really wonderful time at Tan Dinas. Eileen and John pay attention to the minutest of details. The room was fantastic... we had a view of green hills framed with dark green forests and freckled with white sheep. Added bonuses to the room were Sky TV, DVD player, and a small fridge. Betws-y-Coed with its central location is perfect for exploring North Wales and it is a beautiful village in itself with its particular attractions, good restaurants and nice walks that start a stone-throw away from Tan Dinas Country House. Eileen gave us a lot of advise of what to do and what to visit. Everything was perfect and I would recommend Tan Dinas to all my friends.
