Despite reading the bad review (you must of walked in with muddy boots!!leave them at the door!!!) We had a great time at The Vagabond. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, the location was perfect!!!!what more can i say!!!

Oh and the breakfast was a brilliant start to the day!!!!
We will most definitely be returning!!!!!!!!

From the moment i walked through the door i was made to feel very welcome. Mark & Ed could not do enough for me nothing was too much trouble. The rooms where good clean sheets and clean fluffy towles. Room its self was spotless. The guys here know how to entertain and keep a cracking Place. Breakfast was the BEST cooked to order and enough to fill a houres. Guys keep up the good work and i for one will definetey be telling my friend to visit you and be returning myself.

Myself and and three friends stayed here at the start of august as we had planned to walk up Mt Snowdon. We all found the place clean with everything we needed for a self catering walking holiday, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee ***** and also a bar.Our room was plenty big enough for the four of us and I am aware that there are larger rooms for bigger groups, I would feel very comfortable staying here on my own as the staff were very friendly and made the effort to make us feel welcome. We are defenately planning to stay there again summer 2010.

Friend and I booked a few nights last August - walked in, walked out - combination of the dirty rooms ( stained bedding, floors), black mold around the windows, apparent mouse in the kitchen ( never saw it but others lads apparently had their food nibbled), odd shower arrangements - maybe the breakfast was great - didnt stay around to have it .....

We booked 2 8 person bunk rooms for an outdoor/ adventure focused stag do. It was clean, efficient and well positioned.
Owners were friendly and made us feel at home. They were also very helpful.

Parking could be a little tricky for large groups with lots of drived but this was not an issue for us as we had a small minibus.
