The Inn has been renovated to a good standard.
The food here is good quality and portions are sizeable. The staff appear friendly and service is good.
This is the best Inn/hotel in the Beddgelert area and I would eat/stay here without considering the others.
Parking is on the roadside but this isn't a problem and the road is quite after 7pm ish. The setting is so typical Snowdonia and the tranquil sounds of the river running across the front of the hotel are wonderfull.

The ground floor of the hotel has been refurbished in the last year or so. The bars/ restaurants/ residents areas are really top class now. The bedroom we had had have not been refurbed yet, and although clean/ freshly painted/ good linen, the rooms themselves look dated. I'd say this is fairly reflected in the pricing though, which is good value.

The food & drink was good but the best thing about the hotel is the staff - really warm and friendy

Room Tip: Not sure, but I think some of the bedrooms have been refurbished - ask for one of those.

Stayed here for the snowdonia marathon when we were left high and dry by the neighbouring guest house that had gone bankrupt and failed to inform us.Despite not having any rooms available they offered me and some friends the staff accommodation at a great rate.Food was great and the staff were amazing.Real lifesavers and enabled us to enjoy the run and the whole experience.

Stayed here October 2012 after climbing Mount Snowden.

Our room was ok, no ensuite bathroom which i was a little suprised at for the price per night as i often stay in hotels and b&b's and i was expecting an ensuite bathroom due to price, however the bathroom was opposite our room and it was very nice, modern and very clean and was shared by us and the room next door only i believe.

Bedroom had double bed which i found comfy and i slept very well, having said that i had climbed Snowdon and i could have slept on a park bench i was so tired, clean sheets and good towels were provided along with hairdryer. My only gripe is room was a little dated with a sink in the corner, basic furniture and copper pipes that ran across skirting boards and it did look a little shabby in places with a huge crack running down the one wall, our main concern was we couldn't lock the bedroom door from inside using the key, it seemed to work from outside only, but we were so tired we relented to the unlocked door and crashed out.

We ate evening meal in the restaurant and it was a good meal and reasonably priced too.

Breakfast was the usual full English and was well cooked.

All in all not the best place i have stayed at but not the worst either, i would possibly stay again if in the area but would book ensuite room only as that is a personal preference.

1st time back for nearly 10 years, same friendly welcome on walking in the door.
Bedroom, large and well appointed with a good sized on suite bathroom, Grub: Not a bad menu for a meat eater but a bit unamaginative on the veggie front, but not expensive. Refresments: A good well stocked bar, 3 bitter pumps,a couple of Larger and a cider, I could see a good variety of wines. Separate bars for Drinkers/smokers with kids and drinker/eater/residents.
Breakfast: Not a huge choice but enough.
Overall -- A good resonably priced hotel, would I stay again -- Yes
