Description: We are a small family run Bistro in the historic town walls of Conwy. Everything is homemade such as bread, ice cream; our menus change at least 4 times a year with the seasons. We make our own gluten free bread and adapt our menu accordingly for any dietary requirements.

On our day trip to Conwy we found hidden away in a small corner, this fabulous restaurant. The menu was excellent, the service equally as good. The food was amazing & prices excellent. Really happy to have found this place & would go back again if ever we were in the area - 1st class place to eat.

We hadn't booked but managed to get a table for lunch which happened to be on a Sunday. We didn't go for the usual roast but instead opted for the salmon and the mushroom with filo pastry. We were glad we had chosen something less traditional.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the bill was very reasonable compared with the other establishments in which we'd recently eaten. Both meals were well presented and the service was good. We thought we might be rushed to leave as we hadn't booked but we were free to relax and enjoy our meal without intrusive staff.
We would definitely return and would recommend you give it a try.

Csalled in one lunchtime last weekend fo a quick meal. Had the home made chicken liver pate - very nice but why so stingy with the bread??
Howver, the main course - beef cheeks - was absolutely lovely!! Rich and well cooked with excellent vegetables as well. No too pricey for such a nice lunch either.
Only complaint was that the welcome was a bit poor. It felt as if they didn't really want us to come in! Service was fine after that though.

I spent a few weeks in Conwy for work and had occasion to visit Watsons more than once. This intimate bistro is hidden away on a residential street and has a small interior with a lovely outside eating area. Simply put this place excels in service and by far the best food to be had in Conwy. I would recommend booking in advance as it is a popular spot and be aware it closes quite early.

We were recommended this Bistro by a shopkeeper in a little village we stopped at en route to our hotel in Deganwy. It is down a little street opposite the Albion pub in Conwy. The food was absolutely delicious. It is not over priced and the setting is cosy and relaxed. We were really impressed and it is highly recommended
