We called in mid afternoon on a Monday and Conwy was quiet as expected.
The first thing you notice is four steep steps from the street into the Tearooms so it seems wheelchair access is a no no and the toilets are upstairs. A very pleasant young waitress looked after us (it was her first day) and the service was very good.
We ordered a Lasagna and a Chilli Cheese dish and a pot of tea. The tea was good and the food was hot, fresh and very tasty. The salad that came with it was fresh and we couldn't fault it.
The bill was less than £15 and we had had a very hearty lunch.
Great value, good food, nice staff....pay and display parking nearby but this will be at a premium in the summer. Well worth a visit.... and by the way... the cakes looked awesome and the cream teas looked excellent!
