Great playareas, lovely walks around the park. Wonderful castle to light up any child's imagination - great staff. Lovely experience - just want to return there again and again and again.

Myself, my friend and our children, aged 5 and 7, have just return from an amazing day here. All of us have had a super, fun time!!
Not actually sure where to start. A beautiful place, clean and VERY friendly. Can you find the magic wand and wooden sword, and all the fairies?? There is a gaint woods, with gaint footprints, pixies and fairy woods, clean and safe playarea, and so much more. Then the animals, to which you can buy food for and feed yourself. We actually meet some of the animals and got to touch them. The music room, omg we all loved making lots of noise!!!
Lots and lots of VERY interesting facts ALL around the place, regarding all the animals and more.
We ate our pack-up by the lovely lake, which was also very clean. Bins there for your rubbish.
Staff, SO friendly and helpful, that carry the magic with them. The staff we spoke to couldn't do enough and answered all our, or should i said the childrens questions.
I have read the comments already on here. We are both single parents and brought a family ticket. We felt that this was excellent vaule for money. I do however feel that you must have an imagination. If your coming here from the place to entertain your children, and not to join in, then you can't enjoy it and neither will they. You need be in an imagination moody, with a relaxing and enjoyible mood. I feel if you didn't enjoy the experience then you didn't live in the fairy land and DON'T know how to have FUN.
We traveled 60 miles, one way and WILL be returning in the summer.

I went here with my family, 16 month old nephew and boyfriend for a family day out. On looking at flyers advertising the park we decided it may be a nice place to try for my nephew and also the rest of the family as we like animals and enjoy being outdoors. Well, to start I was a bit shocked at the prices to get in- £6 for adults! I thought the shop and toys on the way in were in keeping with the place and the play area round the corner was very nice with some lovely spots for a picnic. The animals were cute and seemed well looked after. Didn't quite rate the shabby looking barbie fairy grotto but I can imagine little kids would love this.. The walk around was lovely with clear signs. You can buy animal feed at 70p per bag to feed the animals too.
Overall, a pleasant place to visit, more so when the weather is nice and you can take a picnic. I would consider going back when my nephew is a bit older and can appreciate it more but I still think it is expensive for what it is. £3/4 but not £6!

We saw this advertised in our local LIDL.We looked at the web site, and it gave the impression that there was a train ride which looked very long for the children. When we got there it was a model railway, very misleading. It cost us £19.50 for 2adults and 2 children.and was a ripp off.Just a few animals, and a tiny park for the kids.Im from a farming background, and to charge this much was a ripp off for what you got.We would of been better paying £30 and going to The Welsh Mountain Zoo.

A fairy, train, animal and nature lover treat. with a real sense of what it is to have the imagination and true spirit of a child, this place has the power to bring all families closer to nature in a magical way. the set up is so relaxing and stress free, a pair of comfy shoes and a camera a must! and bring the grandparents as they will love it, plenty of seated areas without the norm of being so like other money making parks in the area, i would say it is very good value for money and a family day out i would recomend highly, the cafe, shop and staff so friendly and are a credit to the owners, the love and care of all the animals is a pleasure to experience. i will make it a regular family day out, thanks gypsy wood you should be very proud of what you have all created.
