The hotel has large rooms and a comfortable bed and is ideal for a stop over. Breakfast is available in the building next door and is of good quality. It is a short walk into Caernarfon and the marina is next to th hotel. There is free public car parking avilable about 150 metres away but the hotel does not hav its own car park which is the only disappointing aspect of the hotel.

We stayed here April 14 one night the staff were excellent and the restaurant evening meal and breakfast (especially breakfast) were really good value, would say the only down side is the parking and wish they had recommended we book for meal but minor niggles.

Room Tip: Can understand a comment about the ground floor rooms, we had no problems but think in better weathe...

I stayed here for a week for work, fairly quick check in, quite a new building so as expected nice and clean inside. I had a double room, lots of room, 32" flat sceen tv, plenty of wardrobe space, (even if it wasn't just me). Large bathroom, nice powerful shower, towels that I used were changed every day. The room was cleaned and tidied well every day. I also had a good nights sleep every night no noise. The air con/ heating system was a little noisy if anything but nothing major.
If I were staying in the area I would recommend, just don't go to the harbour restaurant next door.

Could not fault hotel. Restaurant service was extremely slow to the point we considered going elsewhere. Only on third (and last) night having made our discontent very clear, did we receive acceptable service. Knowing Premier Inn, I expect this problem will be quickly addressed.

We stayed here as a short break for 3 days the hotel is ideally situated on Victoria dock which is a 5 minute walk from town and some nice eating places. The hotel is very clean and modern and has very friendly and attentive staff. We had two problems with the room, a door that would not lock and a shower mixer that decided to drown whoever was turning it on but both were fixed very quickly. We had some noisey neighbours who decided to open and close they're door several times at 7.00 am which woke us both up, but the hotel cannot be blamed for that!. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and most mornings I woke up with a sore back but my partner slept like a baby so I suppose it's personal preference all in all a good stay.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, the view of the harbour and view of the estuary were something to be savoured.
The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is well appointed as you would expect from Premier Inn Brand.
The Harbour Restaurant next door was clean and crisp in decoration but the service was poor. Despite the best efforts of staff, they were unable to cope with the demand especially at breakfast. I hope that this improves as it will have a negative effect on the hotel. As a visitor to the area we also ate at the Black Boy which is a five minute walk away. This place is outstanding for quality of food etc.
We were woken both nights by delivery lorries to the Morrisons Store nearby, we mentioned this to reception staff and we were returned our money.
This hotel is very good, I hope that the negatives comments are addressed by the management as it i well worth a stay there.

This Premier Inn offers a stunning location. Right next to the entrance is a beautiful harbour. You also can walk into the centre of Caernarfon within 5-10 mins. There are plenty of car parks, and parking is free for disabled users.
The room we stayed in was clean, but could have done with a lick of paint and new carpet, but still good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Nearby there is a Table Table restaurant where you have your pre-booked breakfast. This is open all day for lunch and evening meals.
Would highly recommend this Premier Inn.
A great place to eat in the town is The Black Boy, but you need to book as it is very popular.
