“Almost but not quite”
Reviewed June 25, 2012

Nice and clean inside. Able to see the kitchens which is always a good sign.
£10 eat all you like offer with about 3 pounds potter drink it's very cheap.
About 5 Curries to choose from with another half dozen add ons like rides and naan breads.
Curries had no spice and restaurant had no atmosphere as it felt a bit too sterile.
Almost good but not quite.

“An average experience”
Reviewed May 15, 2012

Went here after a friends reccomendation. It is now an all you can eat Indian buffet. The food was good value for money and plentiful, however, some dishes were a little confusing I.e, the lamb dish was actually chicken, in fact, everything was chicken. The kitchen is visible and everything looks nice and clean.

In general though, the food was pleasant but didn't blow me away. It was a quiet mid- week evening, consequently we felt a little rushed as they were quiet and hovered around us clearing up as we were eating which degrades the atmosphere a bit.

The bar downstairs was well stocked with a good choice of drinks/cocktails. The bar upstairs for some reason has a different price list which isn't made clear thus the drinks are a lot more expensive in this area!

To summarise, I'm glad I tried it, the food was ok and represented good value for money, however, I wouldn't rush back

“Well stuffed”
Reviewed February 17, 2012

Although we only live 10 mins from this Indian Buffet we thought we'd give it a try on a cold wet february night.
We were not disapointed, even though it was pretty quiet, there was a selection of 50 dishes including salads, starters and a full range of curries from Korma to Madras.
A couple of times a particular dish was empty it was soon refilled. You can see the kitchen and the chef as he works, always a good sign.
the only comment (NOT a complaint as such, was that ice cream for dessert, was charged extra).
Wonderful eaterie.... we'll be going again, bringing our friends with us.
£8.95 for the buffet
£2.50 for beer
£3.50 for ice cream
excellent value !

“DO NOT GO!”
Reviewed January 29, 2012

Went last night in a group of 11. Right from the beginning service was terrible the waiters were miserable and unhelpful. Many drinks we had ordered didn't arrive, which isn't a surprised when yet weren't writing anything down at the table. When drinks we had ordered arrived they were just put on the table anywhere. Food was cold and took a while to refill the bowls. There weren't enough plates. When we ordered desserts our curry filled plates were still in front of us. When desserts arrived there was no room on the table for them, and we ended up having to clear our own plates!! At the end of the evening when trying to pay, they charged us for an extra person and charged us £20 extra for drinks which we didn't receive, and they insisted we had to pay for them! Safe to say, we won't be going there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Diners beware and double check your bill at the end!!!!
