I have eaten at Browns many times, and have always thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the tapas, which is exceptional. The staff are polite, professional, and efficient, and also very knowledgable. The atmosphere and decor is perfect, and the views across the river make this a wonderful venue.
However unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I was rather disappointed with the Sunday Lunch on offer. When I arrived at the restaurant (admittedly, at 3pm, however they were still serving), they had run out of Roast Beef AND Roast Pork. I opted for Roast Lamb, and my friend had Roast Chicken. The meat was ok, but the vegetables didn't look fresh, and could potentially have come out of the microwave!
I will return to Browns, but certainly not for Sunday Lunch.
