We stayed last weekend Saturday 24th on a Groupon Deal Bed Breakfast evening meal for around £90.00 to include a bottle of wine (its was a sparkling Perry 5% wine, but that was OK Evening meal 2 for £40 was very good Room 218 which is upstairs. It had free wifi in all areas, didnt like the bed, bit too hard, the sitting areas and bar area is very nicely decorated, could do with some music when having breakfast, It was so quiet. Glad our room was not above the disco/conference venue which was quite noisy. Yes the bird is lovely, a talking point at the bar All in all a very pleasant stay, and once again, it was pouring with rain and the roads around Worcester were flooded.

Room Tip: There are 2 levels at this hotel, but do not get a room over the Disco area, check when booking or take ear plugs

The rooms at this hotel are clean, spacious, although a little out-dated. The evening dinner menu is very reasonably priced, with an option to have three courses for £20. The breakfast selection is also varied, with choices including smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and eggs benedict.

My husband and I have lunch at this hotel once a month, and have found the new menu to be very varied and tasty. We have the three course menu that costs £10 each, and we have found the food to be as good as any top restaurant in Worcester.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the only complaint we have is that the bar and restuarant can be alittle drafty.

We have just returned from a great weekend break at the Pear Tree Inn. We were a little hesitant about booking because of some bad Trip Advisor reviews of service at the hotel we had seen. But we went ahead and all was good! It was a cold weekend and it took a couple of comments about the lack of heating in the public rooms before anything happened, but they got there in the end! Very comfortable, quiet room, no noise at all from wedding during our stay, restaurant 1st class and cooked breakfasts excellent - I always think a sign of a good hotel is 3 choices of fish at breakfast! Many thanks to all who helped make it a very successful weekend!

Room Tip: Corner rooms have windows facing 2 directions

Close to the M5 but in the countryside excellent stop over for going up or down the west of UK, same price as chain budget hotel, just as comfy if a little less modern. I only eat museli and fruit for breakfast (fruit was a bit ropey) but reasonable choice, but the cooked ones coming out looked really good. We also ate in their restaurant in the evening which was pretty good, appeared fresh and home made, not too badly priced and they even had some real ale at the bar which my husband liked.
