We stayed when attending an engagement party. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. The restaurant adjoining the inn was closed for a week for refurbishment work
However the premier inn notified us well in advance and offered a free breakfast from the buffet to make up for the inconvenience. You can't as more than that. All in all a comfortable stay.

Stayed for two nights on a business trip. Warmly greeted on arrival, they even phoned across to the Beefeater to let them know we were running late for our booking. Our room was clean and exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Cleaned very nicely for our second night. Totally recommend and would very happily stay again. Superb staff and a good location. The Beefeater was great, again excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Good food, reasonable value and a credit to the company.

Stayed here for one Saturday night in January . Very clean and pleasant hotel with staff who could not do anymore for you, excellent customer service . Pub Food was fine in adjoining Beefeater restaurant as was breakfast . My only complaint was the heat in the bedrooms, with the window opened in what was a cold windy weekend , the room was still extremely hot even with the window opened all night which caused a poor nights sleep.

As always with premierinns, the hotels are clean, tidy, well maintained and in a good locations. The warmth of welcome was good and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was terrific. My only complaint is that the lighting in our room was not bright enough. If you stay here I would recommend that you do not eat in the associated beefeater as the standard of food and service there was not terrific

Spent a very pleasant night at this hotel. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the girl on reception. The rooms were clean and of a reasonable standard.
The Beefeater restaurant next door had a good selection on their menu, food was good and well presented at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful also. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning, which again was very reasonably priced.
If we return to this area again we would have no hesitation in staying at this Premier Inn again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

The below comment is rubbish, the staff are lovely and the beef eater is about to under go refurbishment, I would highly recommend the premier inn and beefeater to everyone looking to stay at a very friendly environment! !

Very scruffy and dated. Bland pub attached. On an industrial business park. Reception made such a big deal about early check-in. I arrived early. Room was ready. They wouldn't give it me. WHY? It's there. It's ready. Just use some sense. Had to kill two hours in town. Went back at 1pm and sat in reception. Got room 15 minutes later as receptionists embarrassment kicked in.

Rooms very dowdy. Lots of road noise. Worst Premier Inn I've stayed at. Wouldn't use again. 30 minutes free Wi-Fi is ridiculous. Just give it free. Most places do. Wi-Fi is an essential like a bathroom. Not a luxury.

Not a good stay.
