We stayed in this hotel for one night as a stop-over on a long journey to Cornwall. We booked a twin room, a double room and a disabled access room.
For this review I will focus on the disabled access room as the standard of the other rooms was excellent.
Overall the room was of a good standard, being clean and presentable on arrival. Their was a double bed, a chair, working television and facilities to make a hot drink.
The bathroom had a shallow bath as the washing facility which was not suitable for our needs at all. We found it quite surprising that a disabled room would have a bath rather than a wet room. After reading Premier Inns policy on its disabled rooms they are planning on fitting 50% of their hotels with shallow baths and 50% with wet rooms, meaning those planning on using the disabled rooms should check before booking which their bathroom has to ensure the room is suitable for their needs!
Overall it is quite refreshing to find a hotel that is (apparently) working hard towards providing disabled access rooms, however on the ground I would say this needs some work.
It was never explained to us either what would happen if my grandma used the pull cord and my mum had to take the initiative to say to reception to come and get her if the cord was pulled.
There is a way to go before the facilities offered live up to the promise but overall the hotel is of a high standard and I would recommend staying here but no longer than one or two nights if you have a disabled access room as the bathroom may not suit your needs.

Room Tip: If you are booking a disabled room check with reception if the room has a wetroom or a shallow bath...

The rooms have been tarted up black mould in bathroom and on windows the rooms smelled of old persons home and very very hot rooms that you can't lower temp even if you turn the thermostat down and the bathrooms are very dated

We stayed at this inn at the spur of the moment, we went out for the day but decided to stay over night so we could see the local attractions. It was the first time that we stayed at a premier inn and was happily surprised the room was spacious(we had a double) ,it was clean and tidy and the bed was amazing, had a fab nights sleep, Bathroom was clean and spacious. As we did not bring anything with us due to spur of moment we purchased from reception a washbag ( it had a coomb, toothbrush and paste, shampoo ect) which was handy as it was a sunday evening and shops were closed. We also went over to the Beefeater which was next to inn. Breakfast was fabulous. staff in Inn and beefeater were very friendly. Would recommend this premier inn to anyone who wants a no fuss place to stay and a lovely nights sleep. We will be going back soon, but this time an organized visit has we want to go to the seven valley railway in Kidderminster.

We had a room with a double and 2 singles. Room was not huge, but actually just fine for a couple of nights. Value for money was amazing, hotel was 100% full, but we didn't hear other guests. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Cooked Breakfast was well worth it !!!

Complaints:
Audio was missing on the only channel we wanted to watch - CBBC (missing in other rooms too)
An apple core was found under the bed from the previous guest

Went to lunch at the Three Pears Restaurant, opposite the Premier Inn and I have to say we were impressed. Was greeted by the very friendly manager, she asked us what table would be best for us (mother has mobility problems) and seated us straight away. She took our drinks order and said our waitress would be back shortly to take our order. A few moments later our smiley waitress came and took our food order.
Food came and we have to say we enjoyed it, served hot and just as we ordered. This has been the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Well worth a visit.

We recently stopped at the Premier Inn Worcester, and we decided to eat in the beefeater on site, I have to say the service we received was top notch! Adam served us and he was very friendly & was ace at his job! I particularly liked how the whole team worked well with each other and the restaurant manager on shift was great too, he seemed really hands on! The same gentleman was serving on breakfast the following morning, again the whole breakfast team was smiley, friendly & efficient... I have to say this is one of the best beefeaters we have eaten at! Well done :)
