A very deceiving park - very big and alot of aspects to it. Playground, open spaces, ducks, cafe, sports, Severn River to watch the boats and rowers.

Really good park just hope it doesn't get vandalised or graffiti . Make sure that their is a non alcohol policy and fine people if they leave litter and waste

I used to walk through this park every morning and back to and from work. It is a very beautifully kept park. With nice little areas, near the band stand and small lake. You can carry on from the well kept park through a nature reserve, where the plants are encouraged to grow wild, and then onto the racecourse, following the River Severn into Worcester City. It is a very pleasant walk, Summer and Winter. It is a very easy walk, and there are several places you can stop off along the way, if you want to just amble along.

Its easy to drive past this park as you drive into worcester but it's well worth a visit, beautifully laid out, with something for everyone. Lovely cafe at the Pump House Environmental Centre at the top end of the park as well. It provides a lovely walk in all seasons.

This is a lovely park with lots for the kids to do. If you knew what this park used to be like then this is a 100% improvement. Great play area for kids with a variety of swings, climbing activities etc and it's good and it's split for little one and bigger kids.
The walk over to the splash pad take you past the large pond with comes off the brook, with lots of ducks and often swans which you can feed.
The splash pad is fantastic, and kids of all ages can enjoy it, as I said compared to the awful pool that used to be there it's brilliant. The down side is the area around it to sit on is mainly on a sloped bank, not ideal if you have prams/pushchairs. Also the only toilets are on the other side of the park by the play area, not great if you have little ones.
The toilets are not great, now the park has been refurbished these need addressing. I get the feeling some not so great characters hang round there & they are very small again not ideal if your on your own with a pram & toddler! Not sure when you get the key for the disabled from.
There is not much parking nearby but you do get access to the Pump house cafe which is very nice.
Overall great park just need some areas addressing.
