“1st Glamping experience !”

After booking we received excellant customer service from Kerry , we had many questions and were getting worried he would think he had a stalker ! From the minuet we arrived we knew Glamping was for us, The Bell tent was warm and cozy with everything you could need. The weather was amazing so we spent a lot of time enjoying the peace and quiet.
After a barbcue for tea (All barbecues were supplied). Our evening entertainment was sitting around the campfire with great friends singing many golden oldies.
I would highly recommend Apple Wood, We will be visiting again!

If you're looking for a bit of 'back to nature' without compromising on comfort which to be fair is normally a bit of a tricky dilemma, then this is the place for you! We stayed in the yurt which is very well equipped and the bed is to die for! Kerry was a great host and it was his attention to detail, along with a great site, that made our weekend so enjoyable. Thanks again Kerry and look forward to seeing you again soon! Chris, Sally and Jack

Having spent three nights over last bank holiday weekend (24th-27th May), I cannot recommend this glamping site highly enough! I took my two teenage daughters, two of their friends and my almost-four-year-old daughter and we stayed in the Thai Bell Tent. Everything was provided ~ cooking utensils & pans, crockery, cutlery, even a washing up bowl & brush! On the first evening, Keri went through the safety procedures ~ all tents have smoke & carbon monoxide alarms ~ and checked if we had everything we needed. This service continued throughout the weekend. Despite not living on the farm, Keri seemed to be ever-present, always asking if everything was okay for us, if we needed anything ~ he couldn't have been more helpful. The shower & toilets were fantastic, far superior to any others I've experienced on a camp site! The wood burning stove & barbecue provided more than sufficient cooking facilities and the shed on site had a fridge & electric kettle. And to top it all the surroundings are beautiful. We'll certainly be returning!

I recently stayed here with a group of friends for my 24th birthday in May. We were very happy with the site, everything we needed was provided for us. It was very clean and well kept. The tent that we stayed in was very cosy and intimate which was great for us. The cooking facilities provided were great, the hot plate and log burner done us proud when cooking a full English in the mornings and the outside BBQ was there for us on an evening. The farm in which the site is located is stunning, the apple orchard was a real treat to be surrounded by. Local pubs offer a good menu if you want to venture out. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who was interested. I'm booking with them again soon as I felt very welcome and catered for at the site.

6 of us stayed the weekend in one of te bell tents. We all had an excellent time. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a fridge & kettle on site which came in very handy. There is also power points so everyones phone was kept fully charged! Shower & toilet facilities were good. I found the whole experience really good and Kerry made us feel very welcome and catered to our every need. The area is lovely, very peaceful & scenic. Having been camping many times it made a lovely change to do it with a bit of luxury!! :)

Room Tip: stay in the yurt

We recently spent 4 nights myself, husband and two children. We found the bell tent was very nice, warm and spacious. Well equiped except there was nothing to cook on. We were told you could cook on the stove burner but that was if you could get this to stay alight and up to temperature, so no quick cup of coffee in the morning!! the shower and toilet facilities were just a mobile unit with 2 toilets and two showers. Woe betide if you were in the shower when somebody was washing up or flushing the toilet as was my son, you end up rather chilly! We have been camping for over 20 years and did not find this a very glamourously experience. We were greeted on arrival but thereafter Kerry was no where to be seen!!

Returned from a brilliant four days at Apple Wood staying in the Yurt. Kerri very helpful and attentive and after initially struggling with the fire (tip, bring firelighters) got it roaring for the next two nights and weather was nice enough to have a bbq every day. The campsite is very clean and the orchard beautiful, although it's not as "in the middle of nowhere" as some glamping sites - but it depends what you're looking for. Bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for the travel cot for our 7 month old who loved the site and all the farm animals. One further bonus is that the local farmer brews his own cider for just £2 a litre. Great to wash down the food with, although it does appear to be about as strong as vodka... A lovely place for families or for couples looking to camp without any of the hard work. Local area is also nice, Pershore is a lovely local town, the Malverns are 20 minutes away and there were several very nice National Trust sites dotted around. Recommend. The website doesn't do it justice.
