We were going the Malvern Show so decided to have one night in Worcester, picked this hotel for location and swimming pool and it looked good on the internet . Booked an executive room for £95.00, there was nothing executive about this room. On check in the receptionist was frosty to say the least and abrupt thought we were booking into boot camp. The room was tiny and on the front of the Hotel no heating in the room and the swimming pool was shut, good start. Thankfully we were going out in Worcester so we went out early had a great night out so thought oh well breakfast should be good seeing as everything else in the Hotel as let us down. Wrong how a Chef can’t cook bacon and egg adequately is beyond me even the toast was like cardboard. But the staff in the restaurant were really good they should train the reception staff.
