Arrived saturday afternoon, fairly tired after walking a section of the worcestershire way, checking in was fast and efficient and we were given a room on the second floor overlooking the main street. We went down and had a drink and light snack in the bar, which was reasonably priced and very tasty. That night we ate out and back to our room around 10.30, we found it fairly difficult to get to sleep because of the traffic and general late night revelling from the street below, this went on into the early hours.Got up breakfast was excellent. Overall the hotel was very clean, well run and friendly, and if you want a good nights sleep it may well pay to ask for one of the quieter rooms at the back, as our friends did!.
