Guides on hand to answer any questions, an interesting few hours can be whiled away learning about the history of the cathedral. No entrance charge but donations invited. Centrally situated between the town shops and the river for a pleasant stroll weather permitting!!

So much history, friendly volunteers to give you all the information you need and amazing stained glass windows. Overall, this is a very beautiful cathedral and not somewhere to rush through. Make sure you visit the window the right of the High Altar. Oh, and the Crypt. If, like me, you want to take lots of photos, you can purchase a photographer permit for £3 from the shop.

This was our first visit here and we were very impressed. The final resting place of two monarchs and wonderful stained glass. We were told that it had the best crypt in the UK and it did not disappoint. Well worth a visit.

A great day out if you're in Worcester one day, we wandered in when killing some time on a shopping trip in the city centre - it's literally at the end of the high street.

I had forgotten what a wonderfully beautiful building this is and all they ask for is a small donation towards its upkeep.
