“Most impressive”

In its own individual way, Worcester Cathedral is as grand and impressive as Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral in London. The atmosphere is of total. I really enjoy the others, and could spend a lot of time in them, particularly St Paul's, but Worcester is very special.

One of the best Cathedrals in the country not just a beautiful building but inside is just awesome.
Personally this is definitely up there with the top 10 places of worship in this country.

“Special Evensong, June 9, 2013”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

We were fortunate enough to be visiting the cathedral and were very impressed with the history and the beauty. We then attended the Evensong dedicated to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth. It was an awe-inspiring experience and helped us to feel like participants in history (although we're American). Thank you for making this extraordinary event open to visitor and members alike.

“Magnificent”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

It is just another of our wonderful cathedrals. It stands in the centre of Worcester, just up from the River Severn, & presides over its surroundings & one can just imagine, how through the ages it has dominated the city in every concievable way. Built of red sandstone with a magnificent tower, it dominates the rather shabby shopfronts of the immediate surroundings. The interior is amazing & illuminates the craftsmanship of times gone by - the masonry, ceiling & woodwork are inspiring.
