This is a fantastic Inn located on a river with brilliant views. Although the Inn is old and a bit creaky, it only adds to it's character. The couple that run the Inn were extremely helpful and more than accomodating, especially during our impromptu acoustic gig into the early hours of the morning, thanks for that.
The food is good ole pub fare and served in generous portions, the burger is awesome (as long as you like spice)! And not at over the top prices either.
Rooms are located around the Inn in a kind of "higgledy-piggledy" fashion, but again, it's what gives it it's character.
Only negative...they ran out of Congac...but come to think of it, that was maybe our fault!
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.More
