Near to the theatre in Malvern. Run by a group of dedicated staff many who come all the way from Birmingham every evening to run the restaurant. No licence so take your own drink which they open for you and provide glasses and do not charge corkage. Ambiance not the premises but the happy service and happy customers. Perfect for a good reasonably priced meal with no arrogant pretence and being more than it actually is. Staff look after you and remember you if you go again. Can be cramped when busy as it is popular so try and order a window seat. When we went recently one of our party left a scarf and one of the waiters ran over 200 metres just to catch up with us and return it. Not sure many places would make that effort.

We have always struggled to get in this restaurant as it is so popular and always been full, luckily for us the weather was not so good and we got a table. What an absolute joy, the food was divine, well cooked, fresh, exciting and at a very good price, looking forward to going back.

Regular Zam Zam customers usually with a couple of friends. Whether its your first or umpteenth visit everyone gets a warm welcome. We love the variety of food and friendly service. Would probably go more often with one or two more friends but being small (cosy) it can get a bit cramped with a larger group. No criticism - we like it the way it is - maybe they could reintroduce a regular meal deal for quiet nights- if they have such things !! .

We love Cafe ZamZam in our house. If we don't want to cook, Cafe ZamZam is always top of everybody's list. The choice of dishes is quite standard, but the quality is good, service very friendly and (as you bring your own beer and wine) they cannot be beaten on price. Try them before a trip to the theatre (or afterwards).
