We have stayed here before and in the past have occasionally found that its location made for a noisy night (alongside a major trunk road). This time, despite being in a room at the front of the Hotel, no problems. A few noisy guests, but you can't control all of them. Refurbished room, very comfortable, plenty parking and generally an excellent budget hotel. Stayed at a Travelodge the previous evening - no comparison. 10 out of10 Premier Inns.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the Hotel are possibly a bit quieter but no real difference.

We stayed at this premier as we wanted to visit the area, we have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. We only had one complaint and it was the heating in our room, there appeared to be a fault with the thermostat and we couldn't get the heating to work. We told the lady on reception, she came up to our room straight away to check it out. We were offered another room or we could have a heater, as we had un- packed we chose the heater, problem solved. There is a Table Table restaurant next door if you don't want to venture far for food, we had a late lunch when we first arrived which was good, in the evening we just went there and had a drink.

Room Tip: As it is in a fairly quiet location I would think all the rooms would be acceptable.

In recent visits I have yet to find a Premier Inn that fails to deliver on its promises of a good night sleep. You dont usually find them in the middle of town and a car is an obvious must. Our visit to Evesham was based on visiting that part of the Cotswolds.
Broadway, Chipping Campden and the National Trust property Coughton Court are all within short distances and delightful
4 miles down the road is the National Trust owned Fleece Inn at Bretforton. We ate there on Sunday night. The meal was excellent, if not a little rushed by the staff who brought the main course before we'd finished our starter and were not over attentive to say we were the only customers.
Bretforton is famous for its annual asparagus show and there are numerable musical events centred around the Fleece Inn. We will definitely revisit the beautiful village.
One thing you notice about PI staff is a lack of local knowledge but this is nit picking

This is my first stay at a Premier inn and the experience was excellent. The staff are lovely, the hotel pleasant, clean and comfortable. We had an excellent nights sleep and woke relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

This my second stay at this hotel this year. Again, everything was as good as my first stay. This time I used the meal deal option which was great value and the food was of a high standard. Staff were again first class, especially the receptionist who I had to contact as soon as I arrived home as I left my mobile phone in the room. She recovered my phone and has mailed it to me by recorded delivery without any charges. TOP CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you all very much for a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Stayed at front and rear of this hotel and managed to get a good nights sleep on both occasions.

stayed in room 11.Double glazed window not sealed well and some noise/draught evident.Being on a very busy main road this kept us awake. However the money for the room was refunded when mentioned at reception.Overall this did not spoil a very pleasant stay in the cotswolds. The hotel is well placed for touring the very nice countryside. The children enjoyed the steam train ride at the country park next door to the hotel and the room was a refurbished one with a big flat screen tv.It had tea/ coffee faciliities and was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts very good.Kids eat free and my wife just payed for a continental breakfast saving £3 and then had half of the childrens cooked breakfasts. We had lunch at the broadway tower cafe, highly reccomended. The soup meatball and vegtable was great on a cold day after walking up the hill.Had our lunch in front of their real fire.Did not have dinner in the hotel, but it looked fine.

My husband and I have just returned home from a couple of nights at the Premier Inn where we stayed whilst attending a memorial service at Pershore Abbey. Genuinely utterly faultless service coupled with the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in - the lady on reception (Evie?) was fan-tas-tic welcoming and helpful, charming and interested.
I think that as a group we were hard work as there was a variety of nationalities all with their own specific requirements but everything was dealt with in a very professional way.
Bravo Premier Inn - fabulous in every way.
