“Lovely, comfortable stay”

Everything you want from a B & B.

We were made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and homely. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Just a short drive or a 20 minute walk or a £6 taxi ride into the centre of Windsor. Caroline is a very good host who made our stay very enjoyable.

We recently stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the experience due to the fact that as soon as you set foot inside Park Farm you relax and this is due to the fantastic host Caroline. Caroline goes out of her way to make you feel like one of the family and the breakfast is brilliant.
We reason we booked Park Farm was because of the reviews in tripadvisor and also the fact that it had its own car park. It's located about 30 minutes walk from Windsor's train station which is fantastic as it takes you directly into London's Waterloo station.
Next time we're over we will definately be staying here.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious but cosy room with seating. Very quiet as it is set back from the road; ample parking. I took my parents at the end of August, so we could explore Windsor and also take the train into London, which is only 1 hr away. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from and cooked to order, so deliciously fresh. Caroline is a wonderful host and we felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

I booked this as a treat for daughter as it was her birthday and we were taking her to legoland..The weekend. was just perfect, the weather was fantastic, Windsor is wonderful and we had fun in legoland The room was very clean and very well laid out. Lovely big bathroom and quiet surrounding, even though a main road nearby. Only a 25 minute walk into the town, which to be honest is better than paying the parking and only 1 min in the car from legoland. Caroline is lovely and very welcoming and was very helpful, we have never stayed in b&b were you are made to feel most welcome. Great place to stay and will be going back again. Lovely weekend. If i had anything negative to comment on it would be nothing, as the wine we had in the room was placed in the fridge and two wine glassed left.
Will be staying again and taking friends next time

Delightful place - very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, great service. Highly recommend. We had a large room for "3" (husband, self + 20 year old daughter) and it worked - single bed for daughter in an 'alcove' area. Owner a delight.

Room Tip: Would need a car, or taxi to go into town, but well worth it.

Although we arrived early, our room was ready and Caroline was more than happy for us to freshen up before walking into Windsor. The walk is about 1.5 miles into Windsor, but is straightforward and flat. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee was at hand. The en-suite bathroom was very nicely laid out, (heated towel rail was a bonus), nice hot shower and ample toiletries. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of juice, cereals, muffins, highly recommend the full english, nice and hot with plenty of tea and toast. All in all a very nice stay and when we visit Windsor again we will definitely be staying at Park Farm.

Great place to stay and would go back again. Lovely weekend.
If i had anything negative to comment on it would of been that when you needed something no one was around, and we were not told how to get anyones attention.
