“Excellent day out with the family”

Took my 5 year old daughter and she had an absolute ball, would recommend going in the Scottish school holidays, it was very busy when we were there, and that was before the English school holidays started!

“summer visit/wet day”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

Lots to see and do especially for younger children.
Plenty of interactive projects. There are plenty of open spaces for children to play and parents to stop and rest.

“The best theme park I've been to so far”
Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

My 2 boys and husband are lego enthusiasts so we decided to visit legoland windsor during the school holidays. We got a deal from legoland holidays and booked hilton st annes in bracknell, got 2 days ticket to legoland for 2 adults and 2 kids, plus a qbot that we could use for 1 day.

We spent the first day going into the lego shops and taking the rides where qbot was not valid. We stayed in the park from 10am till 5pm.

The 2nd day, we went earlier because we had to claim the qbot from the counters so we were at the park by 930am. We were able to go to a lot of rides with the help of the qbot. The kids couldn't have enough of the workshop where they build their own race cars and play with other kids.

We watched padawan menace and a 4d movie on racers i think. This was the let down for me coz i would have preferred seeing Ninjago in the legoland theatre instead of the racers movie. And i did not quite understand why they did not have a single ninjago movie there.

We stayed till 8pm to watch the fireworks display and kids wore their lego 3d glasses to make the fireworks look like exploding bricks.

The trip was definitely not cheap but we found it very enjoyable. Even my husband who is a thrill seeker had fun perhaps because we already knew beforehand that the rides were suitable for young kids and not much for adults.

Totally recommend it.

“Kids love it”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

Brilliant - Loads to do, plenty of parking, lego is the best. Great models, inspirational for children of all ages. I have taken my son here on many occasions and he never got bored. I even took him and his friends here for his birthday when he was 9 and he and his friends loved it. A children's experience not to be missed.

“Great day out with young children”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

There seemed to be rides for young and old alike and the queues considering it was October half-term weren't too bad. We did take our own pack lunch so comment on the food there but there was plenty of room for us to sit down and enjoy the entertainment whilst we ate.
