“Wonderful house and an excellent stay.”

We rented this house as a family of six with four children ranging from 7 to 16. We used the house as a base to visit nearby Legoland and for trips into London. In terms of location we found this house met our needs very well, although you do need a car. The house is in beautiful location and we also felt safe. The house was a luxurious home from home for us. We instantly felt at home and the house was very comfortable. The views of the Thames from the sitting room and conservatory are very relaxing and picturesque. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use for a family and we found it easy to cook and do laundry, which is very important to a family of 6 on the move. Two large televisions with sky made life very easy! The house also has excellent wiifi. Booking and arrangements were made very easy by the owners. This house helped to make our stay one of our best family trips and we would hope to stay there again in the future. Only sorry we didn't have time really to look around Windsor very much as there is a lot to see and do in the area with lots of nice restaurants. We would very strongly recommend this house, especially to a family.

“Couldn't be better - perfect home away from home!”

We stayed for two weeks at Pixie Place with another couple and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The house is exactly as shown - absolutely spotless, comfortable and "homey". The kitchen is extremely well equipped - plenty of everything in the way of dishes, cutlery etc. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms a very good size. The conseravatory is absolutely fabulous - we hardly spent any time in the living room as the view from the conservatory was so beautiful. There were swans, unique ducks with their babies, boats, people walking their dogs - always something moving and catching your eye. Even when it rained we sat in that room! The flowers were lovely, the neighbours were friendly, places to eat and shop for groceries were nearby. Could not have been better. Dave and his wife who help manage this property were very helpful when we ran into a problem and had to make a call back to Canada- they were wonderful. They also have a really neat cat named Percy who is king of the little neighbourhood! This would be the place for us to stay again if we are able to come back to the Windsor area for another vacation. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this home to anyone looking for lovely place to stay while visiting the area.

What a wonderful compliment, when your guests enjoy their stay, and find more than expected. On this occasion they have established friendship with our most helpful and friendly neighbors on the Island. They have felt to be home from home. Just great. Nael and Angela
