We stayed here for one night as we were heading into London for my hubby's 30th birthday. The hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the Thames & the room we had (104) was decorated very nicely with a great bed & lots of space.
Overall a nice stay but a few negatives...
When we arrived the car park was packed so we had to park down a different street then keep checking for spaces. Our room was a river view but was obscured by the fire stairs. We were on the ground floor so when we arrived at 2.30pm the garden was full of people which I understand on a sunny day by a river however I think some kind of net curtains or blinds are needed so you have some privacy otherwise everyone can see you. On the Sunday morning we were woken at 7.20am by loud music which sounded like it was coming from the breakfast/restaurant room below us, so presumably staff setting up, not impressed as we'd wanted a lie in! I did mention it to reception on check out. I'm sure if you had a room higher up all of the above wouldn't exist & overall a nice stay.More
