Nice clean hotel, stayed in the summer unfortunately they did not have air conditioning so we were
a bit warm in the night. The service was very good, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is very good but you have to go outside to get to it. There are a few tables outside for when the weather is nice. A good centre for sight seeing, we would definately stay here again. This is a rambling hotel on two levels, be sure to mention when booking if you have mobility problems.

Room Tip: In the summer ask for cooler bed linen, we found out the when we left that this was available

Myself, my wife and my mother in law stayed a night here as we were in Salisbury for a wedding. We found the rooms spacious, the beds very comfortable and the hotel very quiet. We slept very well and undisturbed. The Hotel is situated in an area that made it very easy for us to get to the town centre and surrounding villages as the wedding took place in both the centre of Salisbury and Winterborne earls .

Very clean, neat, super comfortable bed, very basic but good value for money. Leak in bathroom right in front of basin. No room service. Could order from restaurant to take up but not packed in a way that is easy to carry as all doors open towards you to your room and there are loads.

Just what I expected, a clean quiet decent hotel with good and friendly service. Have stayed at Premier Inns before, and it always meet expectation. It was easy to find, easy parking, friendly knowledgable staff. Could not charge dinner to my room (apparently restaurant and hotel are different companies) and pay everything with my business account card. This was a let down.

my family and i stayed her for 3 nights, between xmas and new year.our family room is probably the biggest family room we have ever stayed in,with premier inn.very clean, fresh, and comfortable.the staff on reception, were friendly and pleasant.we had our breakfast next door,at the table to table.fantastic service and food.we had our evening meal there as well,on 2 occasions.again, lovely food, great atmosphere, really nice place to go.clean, big, and good service.my only complaint would be,is that the car park could do with being a bit bigger, when the hotel is full, and people are at the restaurant, its quite hard to find a space to park, when you get back to the hotel late.thats all.otherwise a really comfortable stay, and will stay again.

Room Tip: we stayed in the family rm 5

Excellent welcome and quality of room, but had room on ground floor. Upstairs room got in at 3.30am and caused HUGE amount of noise, waking me up - I had to be at work at 9am the next morning. Disappointing as Premier Inns are always so good .......

We are a married couple in our sixties and visited this premier inn between xmas and the new year 2013 .From the comfort and cleanliness of the room to the meal deal everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that we find strange is that if you are two people sharing a room you only get one hand towel. There is no problem with asking for another towel and the staff always give one readily and cant understand why this is always the case at any Premier Inn. It just dose, nt make sense. We have pointed this out on numerous occasions but they never change this peculiar policy.

Great location for Salisbury, Winchester and other places of interest. Plenty of free parking.
