The hotel is well situated for Salisbury and the surrounding area and is in a quiet location. We chose the meal deal (breakfast and evening meal) and the quality of the food is very good. Besides the rooms being very clean I would also like to comment on the fantastic attitude of the entire staff at the hotel and restaurant. It helps make the stay memorable to have happy smiling staff wherever you go. Outstanding .. keep up the good work!

Pleasant hotel - and good adjoining restaurant.
Well trained and charming staff.
Charges at the high end of the Premier Inn prices.
Very convenient as on edge of town but not part of it.
Good for local villages.

we went to Salisbury after five wonderful nights in High Wycombe Premiere inn, what a difference, the staff didn't seem to be interested the room was so hot, the fan provided was almost useless, the corridor and room we were in smelt.

Thank you for your review.

It really matters to us that our guests have a comfortable nights sleep, and we sincerely apologise that on this occasion we failed to provide this. We are well aware of the issue of high room temperatures, and are currently in the process of installing air conditioning into all of our hotel branches.

However, this will be a lengthy process, so in the meantime the management team at the hotel have done all they can to help reduce room temperatures. Please be assured your comments have been noted and will be fully investigated.

Once again thank you for your review, we look forward to welcoming you back to Premier Inn in the future.

We booked in to PI Salisbury July 2012 for a wedding the hotel was more expensive than i thought it would be, this being my first time. Lots of ads at £29 but not here, however no complaints with staff or hotel very good. We would use PI again but would need to look for offers from them to compete with other hotels.

We use Premier Inns for overnight stops when travelling in tghe UK . They are fairly consistent standard , and offer good comfortable rooms at reasonable prices, they usually have a pub restaurant next door offering a similar good standard of budget friendly food. Their premier breakfasts is also a good standard and great value wherever you go.
This particular hotel is the usual Premier Inn product , but we found that the receptionist here gave just that little bit extra. We had been delayed in traffic and arrived late and hungry after the adjacent restaurant had stopped serving food .

The receptionist was very helpful gave us a folder containing all of the local take away menus and whilst we were sorting out our order she even went next door to get us plates and cutlery and offered to get drinks for us too.

This was a convenient place to say and the usual high standard Premier Inn rooms at this price. Booking in adance we paid around 45 per night. We didn't try the breakfast or dinner but it looked fine since we ate in Salisbury. No problems staying here again or recommending it to others.

Room Tip: Choose ground floor if you can't manage two flights of stairs with suitcases.

Lovely stay in a clean and welcoming Premier Inn. Rooms comfortable and well maintained. Great value for money especially if you take advantage of the special rates available in many of the Premier Inns. Cooked breakfast was big although seemed to go cold a bit quickly and scrambled eggs were very dry and crumbly. Lots of food to choose from and help yourself to, well laid out and presented. Very enjoyable stay!
